Genius Vision NVR Software Community Edition has a very ugly GUI compared to other video management programs that was created around the same time. In fact, there are very cheap Chinese-made camera systems that have sleeker and more sophisticated GUIs than this program. The interface didn't have to be so stuffed and so ugly looking, the use of drop-down menus or tiered menus could have made the software easier to navigate and use without cluttering up a single interface.
